Chase Mobile® App
Chase was evolving into the leading digital bank. I was part of the small team that ideated and released the re-imagined Chase Mobile app, being deeply involved in solutioning design language, cardless ATM, account tile visuals and architecture, account activity, and a variety of self-servicing enhancements.
Varo Customer Service Tools
I led product design in solutioning an internal customer verification experience that facilitates identifying customers, reduces cognitive strain on our customer service representatives, and reduces the risk of customers accessing the wrong account information.

Chase Design Language
Chase was going through a drastic digital rebranding. A small, cross-functional team was assembled to create a new design language and system that would be familiar with the Chase brand, align to newly established design principles, prioritize accessibility, and be extensible.

Varo Replace Lost or Stolen Card
In an effort to offer more self-servicing capabilities online and in-app, I mentored and led design of a replace lost or stolen card experience. Previously, customers had to contact customer service by phone if they had lost or stolen their physical card.

Chase Meeting Scheduler
I was the design lead responsible for the launch of the Chase Meeting Scheduler, enabling customers to conveniently schedule meetings using their Chase Mobile® app or chase.com.

Varo Disputes
I led Varo disputes, an initiative that brings in-app dispute initiation and tracking to our customer base. Previously, customers needed to call customer support to open a dispute or check on the current status of a dispute.

Chase Freedom® App
I was involved in the creation of the Chase Freedom® app, enabling cardholders to instantly redeem points at major retailers such as Target and Starbucks. Our team was reflecting on how rewards programs were being reimagined for the mobile space.

Chase Product Unboxing
Chase was evolving the way it builds relationships in a digital-first world. Taking inspiration from in-branch relationship building that new-to-bank customers’ experience, I led an unboxing service that seeks to build meaningful relationships by acting as your digital concierge.
